This isn't even close. Even if Yoh could hold his own against Shinigami/Bankai Ichigo, once Ichigo goes above that because he has so many options, its over.

Being serious, Manga Yoh has access to a lot of BS.
One broken ability is that he can predict the future, every Shaman can do that so the abilities cancel each other thus it's a thrown away fact during a conversation but in an hypothetical fight with a non Shaman that gives him a huge advantage. He has other broken crap, but it's been over 10 years since I read SK so I can't remember. |

Ichigo fought someone who could see into the future and able to rewrite it. I don't see it being a huge problem If Ichigo goes into his Final Getsuga Tenshou it will be over |

From a raw stats perspective, Yoh even with precognition would be too slow to deal with Ichigo, for whom Lightspeed feats are small beans. |

The problem radiates in the fact that we have no data on how fast Yoh is.
He might be faster than light, he might have hypersonic speed, no idea so I can't argue one way or the other. He did block Ren's Lighting Attack, but no idea if the name is just for cool points or it's in fact as fast as lighting. |

When you account for the Utter Stupid BS Factor, Ichigo wins this and most matchups, and it's not even close.

There is almost zero chances of Yoh winning this, the final opponent of Ichigo could even destroy a star Ichigo speed is atleast half of the speed of light and destrution power and resistance is way way way above Yoh, even If he knows what Ichigo would do there would be almost nothing that he could do since i doubt he can react in light speed.
