Ther personality of two the lead characters, Nagisa Aoi & Tamao Suzumi closely parallel that of Sakura Kinomoto & Tomoyo Daidouji from Card Captor Sakura
Ep15: It had already been foreshadowed in Ep12 that Suzumi Tamao was writing a script for the school play. During Ep12, it was shown that Suzumi Tamao was reading a book titled, 'Prosper Merimee', the name of the author who wrote 'Carmen', the source of the draft that Suzumi Tamao eventually wrote and submitted for approval in Ep15. - Skane
Ep18: In Ep17, it was shown that a car was needed to transport Hanazono Shizuma and Aoi Nagisa to the vacation home. However, it was not shown in Ep18 on how Nagisa got back to the school. Is it possible that she walked all the way back? - Skane
No males appear on-screen at any point; as far as can be told, even crowd scenes are entirely composed of women and girls.
At the very end of first ending song, Himitsu Dolls or 秘密ドールズ (Himitsu Doruzu), Mai Nakahara and Ai Shimizu seem to draw closer together leaving the impression of them kissing each other. However it is left to the audience to imagine whether or not they do indeed kiss. In the Japanese Special Limited edition, there is a special called "making of 秘密ドールズ" that reveals that in the making of the ending they did indeed kiss each other...for a good eight seconds...but it was not used for the television broadcast. (It is just fan service for the crazed fans who spend the money on the dvd^^) - Theorys
In Episode 7 of Lucky Star, Konata checks the TV schedule to see that an episode of an anime she likes has been pushed from the time she recorded to the present time(it's currently airing when she turns on the TV). In the background, the 2nd opening theme song of Strawberry Panic! is playing...suggesting she is watching a late season episode of Strawberry Panic! This explains why Konata fixes Tsukasa's crooked tie in Episode 7; Konata is roleplaying Shizuma fixing Nagisa's necktie. - Theorys
In Episode 8 (Hydrangeas), when the Lulim girls are taking pictures of "evidence" to help them find the missing umbrella owner, they inadvertantly take a picture of a U.F.O (8:26). The picture of the U.F.O. also shows up later (18:28) in the episode on the chalkboard as part of the "evidence" in finding the missing umbrella owner. - Theorys
In episode 8, at 5:37, Tamao hides her face behind her book to think romantic(possibly dirty?) thoughts about Nagisa, and the text is briefly visible. The text is of the poem "Murder Case" by Hagiwara Sakutaro. The full poem can be found here: http://home.netcom.com/~kyamazak/lit/_Jpoet/Hagiwara_Sakutaro.htm
In episode 15, two pictures of men's heads (Prosper Merimee and Georges Bizet) appear on the screen from 6:39-6:42, and from 6:43-6:55 a masculine figure depicting Corporal Don Jose. These are not technically male characters, but they are men shown in the anime.
