Indian Actress Rashmika Mandanna Presents at Crunchyroll Anime Awards

Crunchyroll announced on Wednesday that Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna will present at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards on March 2 in Tokyo. The awards ceremony will have a global livestream.
The actress made a statement about presenting at the awards show:
I am absolutely thrilled and honored to be a part of the eighth annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Tokyo. As an anime enthusiast, this is a dream come true for me. Japanese animation has had a profound impact on my life, and I can't wait to celebrate and recognize the incredible talent behind these remarkable creations. See you all on March 2nd, 2024, for what promises to be an unforgettable evening!
Crunchyroll revealed its nominees for 2024 Anime Awards last month. Other presenters for the ceremony and pre-show include Megan Thee Stallion, Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel), LiSA, Japanese night club host Roland, American fashion model Aquaria, British rapper Che Lingo, content creator Lena Lemon, artist/producer/vocalist/DJ Yaeji, and singer Ylona Garcia.
Crunchyroll announced its partnership with Rashmika Mandanna on July 18. The company recently gifted the actress a portrait of her as a shinobi as a nod to her favorite anime Naruto Shippūden.
The company announced its first slate of Hindi and Indian English dubs in November 2022 as it introduced subscription tiers for Indian audiences.
